ok... all it really does is relax you soooo sooo much that when he tells you you relax your face and body all you think about is relaxing it... then when he says you dont hear any thing but him and you are relaxed ... u trully feel your body heavy because you let yourself just relax fully.... and when he says you feel energy... you make your self feel like your strong... its pretty much a mind game... and if you let your self relax it works really really good...

Video's can't see what's happening to you and can't respond on youre needs of the moment to allow you to go in a trance. Don't TRY to hard, just DO en LET GO. That's key for a hypnosis-experience. For me it helps if I'm simply wondering if it will work, if Ill feel anything and what that would be!

i've watched these videos many many times and try my hardest and i'm completely relaxed in all of them but i never end up hypnotized.
