none seems to be Tibetan here, why are the so worries.its our matter and we will sort it out. Shamar rinpoche was in audience with His Holiness the Dalai lama in Kalimpong and both seems to be OK. please stay away fromTibetan issues..it makes matter worse and china on the other side have huge influence... if you are true dharma practitioner.... don't judge.

We are followers, but we are not blind followers, and when we see it for ourself, when we verify through traditions , history and science, it is the Karma Kagyu Lama themselves who find the Karmapa , and more prominently, it has been the Shamarpas who have been recognising the Gyalwa Karmapas based on meditations and other divine signs. Karmapa Thaye Dorjee has been a great teaacher teaching students all around the world.

Sharmapa is the only one who can acknowledge the Karmapa. This has been a long tradition in the Karma Kagyu Lineage. Sharmapa recognized Thaye Dorje as the 17th Karmapa.HH Thinley Thaye Dorji is the real 17 th Karmapa

The tradition is no proof. Anybody can say, I am the reincarnation of such and such a guy of the past. Nowbody can confirm it anyway, not even a Dalai Lama. So you should stop this silly quarreling. Are you not conserned about your enlightenment and getting out of Samsara? It does not sound so.

HHDL received a letter in April, 2011 frm followers to accept that Thaye Dorje is the authentic & only Seat Holder of Rumtek.
Why is HHDL involved in this controversy in the Karma Kagyu sect?
Shouldn't this situation be left to kagyupas to resolved?
There has been long standing conflict & controversies within Rumtek & this letter states that HHDL's support towards Situ Rinpoche's activities, believed to be collaborated wth China.
