Medical Marijuana is LEGAL some places and may be legalized in many more in the future. You have to PAY for a prescription card to purchase it, but they are trying to "weed out" the poor who cannot afford it. The main difference that I can see is that Alcohol is BIG BUSINESS. Just like Tobacco. The MONEY alters the legal status I believe. BTW I have been clean and sober over 20 years. Neither substance was acceptable to my sick behavior when under the influence. Sober, but still a lil crazy :)
very very very true. it definately shouldn't be for everyone. like alcohol. some people can drink 5 drinks and still be comprehendable. others get completely drunk on 5. some people can smoke a joint and still keep a level head about them. others escape from reality with it, and thus are the reason people keep it illegal.
