the whole live streaming thing would kinda throw me. for one, it would be regularly scheduled, and one of the reasons the subscription feature works so well for youtube is so that you can watch new episodes of your subs on your own time. second, the best reason for a live stream is if it was going to work like a cable access channel, with certain shows coming in at certain times.  and for me at least, that just takes away from youtube. kinda how cd's fucked up vinyl records.
