  • Good sound. Is that a Triumph muffler?

  • @Oogwaylaugh

an automobil inspection in japan is incredibly expensive; if u got a 350cc moto it requires like $1,000 every other year! but 250ccs dont. so i wonder if enfield ever had 250ccs in their catalog.

just wrote it down in japanese language.

  • イイ音!

    こういうバイクで下道をのんびり走りたいものです。そろそろenfieldも日本向けに250出してくれないかなー...車検のバカヤロー(´・ω・`)350って...歯痒いorz

  • @SgtProdigalSon What??????????????????????

  • I like it, but lose the brain bucket. Get a real full face.

  • Full face helmets are for jap plastic bikes, if you want to ride a classic you ride it with either a bucket or a jet helmet, and goggles. A full face helmet just clashes with the style. Short leather jacker, cuffed blue jeans and matching boots, braincap, bandana and goggles..Lets rock!

  • @meharidude datz da spirit

  • @meharidude full face helmets are for people who want more safety nuff said

  • yeah a vintage bike needs a vintage helmet

  • Really nice bike! I've got a black Enfield 500 Classic.

  • Bullets are great bikes, got a 2000 Bullet 500 myself. They attract a crowd when parked next to a Crapaha or a Boohsucki, some won't believe it's not a 50s bike.

  • @meharidude so are the enfields dependable bikes and low maintanance? i love the enfields and i really want one but i dont know much about bikes. do they do well in mountains for example im a bit over 200lbs so how would it carry me up steep hills or possibly me and a rider in a sidecar or just riding on an interstate with traffic over 60? important questions for me..I love the bikes and i love the price!

  • @dirtyjew1974

    No...and yes..

Low maintenance, hardly, the pre-unit ones (pre 2009) are basically a 60 year old engine design. They do require som attention compared to new more modern designs. Are they reliable? They have their issues, some of the Indian made parts are dodgy, ie the pistons on the 500 series..At first de-coke install an upgraded (JP) piston instead..If a cable snaps, install a british one, and so on. And yes it will get you that hill, eventually. top speed for a 500 is 80mph.

  • @meharidude much thanks for the info man! sorry to bother but another question lol, i know they sell sidecars with them but how would it work for 2 riders only beign 500cc's and would it do ok for interstates/highways with speed limmits of 65mph? i mostly just want a get me reliable get me around bike but i may go on excursions more than 60 miles away with speed limmits of 65 mph so i was also wondering about those conditions and how the bike would handle it. thanks again!

  • @dirtyjew1974 Our speed limits on the highways range from 65 to 80mph, and i don't feel unsafe on the 65mph roads (but then again, i have been driving vintage cars for 17 years, so slow is routine for me). But i don't know about sidecar riding as i don't have a sidecar. On the 80mph roads i stay in the slow lane trying to go faster than the large trucks that are limited to 50mph.
