the most over powered charactered is makoto. she has good mix up options and great distance attacks and zone opponents and a control grab.it is like giving zangief fireballs and dragon punch.
sure its unblockable, but its not easy to set up (they make it look just so natural cause they are pros), AND you can actually get out of it if you low-parry. its unblockable, not INVINCIBLE.
actually in this game if u know how to use that charecter then it can be very cheap so there really isin't any cheap charecters just the people who know how to use them
Yes... Urien, a guy who has to constantly work in order to get in and land damage. Damage that dosen't even compare to what Chun li SA2 or Yun's Genei Jin can. RX has done more than a lof of other players have to teach people what's possible with Urien.
dude get out of here, the cheapest characters in the game are ChunLi and Ken. at least w/ Yun and Urien you better know to use their sa3 properly or your screwed.

i've also never seen rx block that long but in the corner vs sugi you gotta be careful :D he's got the "phd in necronomic"? lol~
