These are actually crewchiefs and they're american. The masks on their faces are not bullet or shrapnel resistant merely a dust and small particle protection system, not an O2 system.

They look more like Halo jumper's mask to me. Need to ask my friend, but I'm pretty sure that it. The Air masks for pilots are not that big, and they are connected to the aircraft itself. Plus, they have MUDs/HUDs on them.

Of course, I'm not 100% sure.

They are part of the Air Warrior ensemble. Look up Air Warrior and you'll see these are the style of helmets. However, you only usually see them Kiowa Pilots as they are not fully sealed in and protected from the elements.
