  • After seeing the two of you on the Houston SGN channel make fry rice for the New Year, I have to say that I was soooo embarrassed of Vietnamese people. I will admit that my Vietnamese is not as fluent as my parents' or some of my brothers or sisters. However, when I do speak, I make sure I not only pronounce my words correctly but, I also use correct grammar. It's not funny. Being born in America is no excuse for cultural ignorance. It pissed me off when the Chinese stations are so much better.

  • i cooked this and it tasted so goood

  • fresh rice with be mushy and wouldn't go well so old day rice

  • that looks good

  • does it have to be day old rice? or can it be fresh rice?

  • @lyovera1 should be day old to allow the rice to dry up or else when you cook it fresh it'll over hydrate and be really mushy........or just cook the rice really dry

  • Whats the backround song that starts at 3:28? Im dying to find out

  • Mmmmmh can't wait to try this myself (might replace the meats with squid and shrimp as I'm a seafood fanatic :P), Thai Express always makes a mean pineapple rice.

  • Great job guys!

  • kevin you're a hottie! :-))

  • you guys are awesome

  • first came by y'all's channel through this video. needed help on a pineapple fried rice dish for a potluck function at work. personally think it'd be better with shrimp - but i'm a seafood lover. thanks for the help, though! :) :)

  • I almost bought that wok at the Hong Kong Market. It's the $23 one right with the handle that looks to be welded on? How do you like it?

  • Ok this looks really good but I gotta ask is the dish too sweet b/c I ordered this @ a restaurant when i moved back home and it was overly sweet & got disappointed. The thai rest. near my old college was the best & I miss it. Also is it better to use fresh or canned pineapples? I'm gonna try this out. :)

  • I wanna try this but is it good?

  • @ashBeLLa7 its delicious LOL

  • Yummy! I would use a shrimp and chicken combo and maybe throw in some diced red bell pepper and ginger. Thanks, you guys are inspiring.

  • mmmm that looks yummy!

btw a great site for cooking fried rice is specialfriedrice(dot)net, for all you fried rice enthusiasts!

  • Hi guys! This looks really good...and simple!! Now I know how to revive day old rice and get something yummy out of it. =D

  • haha my name is kevin tran also

  • That looks really good. I'm going to try it!

  • turmeric and curry powder totaly tow different thing. turmeric gives the color and curry powder gives the spice kick.

  • i like your videos =D food looks so good. keep up the good wokr

  • CHeck out their newest episode Chk strips and sweet potato fries!

  • Turmeric is not curry powder. Curry powder is a blend of several spices including Turmeric which gives curry powder a yellow colour. Turmeric is just one ingredient used in curry powder.

  • Ooops!!! haaaa thanks for clarifying.. it's not an ingredient we use often so we apologize for the misinformation! :)

  • @TranCanCook what makees the color of the rice?

  • @AirsoftShizsAndGigs turmeric

  • Great=)

  • like how it was served at the end good video :D

  • I have been watching all their episodes and I have no idea why, but they are really fun to watch on thanks giving XD

  • Its crazy how as soon as you raised your hand... the car passed by... As if it was waiting for you....

  • why do u add sugar right after adding onion into hot pan. Personally, i think it's weird because sugar is easy to burn and become bitter at that stage if you don't estimate right cooking time on such a hot pan. I think it's better to add sugar after adding stuff like chicken, peas...

    Anyway, good job men !!! I vote 4 u 2

  • Everyone vote for them on the link above to the right!!

they are currently 2nd in the nation and can still win!! vote 5 stars please!!!

  • Miles, when Bobby and I do Cook to Nguyen, we'll have you do the moon walk and other dance moves in the background through the entire episode. Pop lock and drop it!

  • HAHAHAHA Kevin you waiting for the car to pass at the beginning was hilariousss

  • OMG! Who is that ADORABLE doggie at the end? That's the TRUE STAR of the video!

  • Yum Yum! Sometimes it's hard to hear what you guys are saying over the music and the cooking sounds...

  • What would enhance the flavor is some Pineapple Express...prior to the meal ;)

  • hilarious!!!!

  • Another winner guys!

  • Something different for a change.
