Now living in the Netherlands, this will definately be on an upcoming weekend breakfast schedule! Is scrapple able to safely be frozen if I make extra (a house hold of 2). Maybe its because I grew up and currently life in a PA dutch area...but I can tell that what you're is not scrapple.
