It wasn't LaTocha's impending solo career that brought about the disbanding...she had been talking about it for years, but Kandi left the group first. The other three were recording still as a trio, and then later with one of the Ivey sisters. Kandi's NOT on "Bounce With Me" from Lil' Bow Wow, nor is she on "The Rest of My Life" from the Hardball soundtrack.

i have the sister2siter interview that kandi did and she said that LATOCHA left and that they continued on as a trio, but people werent feeling that. then she tried to do a duo with tiny, but the labels didnt know how to promote that. when xscape got back together it didnt work because kandi wanted to write songs for the album and obviously the other girls didnt support that and they found a replacement.
I think it was in Vibe she said that as well. I recall her saying when Tocha came back for TOML, she wanted to write more as well, and they didn't support that. It's kinda sad, because clearly, they'd put most of these manufactured groups to SHAME.

I think latocha's husband/boyfriend Rocky had a lot to do with her wanting to leave the group, as well as other problems in the group. he went from being their bodyguard to being their "manager".
Honestly I think it is more that we don't No. I know all the girls are friends accept for Tosha and Kandi. tamika was a kandi birhday party. we all know kandi and tiny are still good friends. It more to deal with Tosha and kandi
i can believe that cuz when they was tryna make a comeback they replaced kandi. but she's doing her thing still. a phenomenal writer. if they never officially get back together more than anything i want them to all still be friends. it would be a shame to lose that respect and understanding they once had for one another.

it was realeased on an independent label it was titled Solo Flight 404..but it never released a succesfull single and she was dropped
