Uh... no. It does only have a single weapon, either grenade launcher, .50 cal or the MGS' gun. You need at least two of them to effectively fight infantry and armoured targets. The BMP-3 has its machine gun, a 30mm cannon, a 100mm cannon and missiles that can be fired from the 100mm cannon. It can easily fight big groups of infantry and even heavy armour.

The striker has not been made for a conventionel conflict, but for counter insurgency operations. You can read that on Wikipedia.

T90 is spread out. Most are in siberia. Some are in naval forces.. But in 2012 it will be only MBT, before the T95 comes and will join it as alternative. T80, T72 will then dissapear from service and will not be modernized.

Noone knows yet what will be the new assault rifle for the russian armed forces. Doubtfully that 100 series will be the weapon.. Russians dont rush thinking of a new assault rifle right now.
