I find it funny to see so many people who seem to be radiohead fans come over here and bash Jamie, when they so clearly don't have a clue about why they do or don't like a piece of music. Someone who actually knows about what they are talking about will typically back up their oppinions with musical reasons rather then dropping it on him not having enough 'feeling'. I like his vocal control, balance of dynamics and sparse choices of notes on the piano. Its a very atmospheric piece of music.

This is probably one of the most fabolous versions of Jamie's High and Dry live.

I love the Glastonbury version, but this one simply brokes myheart. This piano...his voice...is such a powerful image. Besides I love black and white!

There's no denying that the energy levels are on par with eachother, and that the freestyle melodic 'antics' are of the same ilk, but you have to bear in mind Ben and Jamie are still both quite unique. I mean, what other popular performers carry something so eclectic off? I can't think of anyone else who do what Ben or Jamie do. Surely there's plenty room in the music world for the both?
