What if some one calls you up to make you aware of something that you hadn't thought of before? Something, that after listening to the rep you realise *will* make your life that little bit better, from someone who took the trouble to call you up and discuss it with you, rather than some junky flier through the post that may not answer your questions!

Anyway, I appreciate it can intrude into people's time which they may not always appreciate, but it makes it more interesting...!
