Come here to sue the banks and save your home !(icansuemylender . com) the reason the website name is separated youtube wont let you post websites as comments. It Saved MINE!!
@juliaisafilmbuff123 - many thanks for your expressed appreciation. What I am doing is what our elected officials should be doing, but are not. Instead of dealing with the foreclosure problem, our elected officials are enabling the banks to take over the mortgaged properties as a way of curing the banks' financial problems, at the expense of American homeowners and taxpayers. The only way that a homeowner-mortgagor can deal with this problem, if at all, is to sue NOW, while banks are in disarray
@ADULTEDUCATION4U - Many thanks for expressing your appreciation. It encourages me to keep providing additional information of use to financially-troubled homeowners-mortgagors. I can represent homeowners in litigation anywhere in the US by having local counsel, who then makes a motion to have me admitted to represent the homeowner "pro hac vice" (which means for this case only). I look forward to talking with you.
@videolover61 As with the others who have expressed their appreciation, I want you to know that I am also appreciative of your appreciation. There is a way of dealing with these mortgage-related financial problems and I am constantly reviewing what I do and adding new legal issues to the mix, so that the homeowner has (in my opinion) the best chance of obtaining a reasonable loan modification agreement - this is the goal, but if the bank is unwilling then the homeowner has a shot for a FREE home
Bless you dear Sir, you are a true gentleman....
