Instead of dealing with the foreclosure problem, our elected officials are enabling the banks to take over the mortgaged properties as a way of curing the banks' financial problems, at the expense of American homeowners and taxpayers. The only way that a homeowner-mortgagor can deal with this problem, if at all, is to sue NOW, while banks are in disarray

@videolover61 As with the others who have expressed their appreciation, I want you to know that I am also appreciative of your appreciation. There is a way of dealing with these mortgage-related financial problems and I am constantly reviewing what I do and adding new legal issues to the mix, so that the homeowner has (in my opinion) the best chance of obtaining a reasonable loan modification agreement - this is the goal, but if the bank is unwilling then the homeowner has a shot for a FREE home
