It's not absurdly high. Remeber you can get -0.5 from talents and another -1.5 from the glyph. That alone will put HT at 1.0 before haste effects.

1: What are the bars above your 'Grid'

2: What is the circle around you?

The bars above grid are showing the tank health as you can set who the tanks are. I don't know what mod kluian's using to show that though.

The circle around him is power auras. I don't know what proc specifically he has to what circle or whatever, but it's just basically showing procs as a logo on your screen so you know you have it.

ORA2 allows met to set MT targets for the raid. If you have the mod those bars will show up.

The circle around me is a configuration of power auras. That one shows me that Wild Growth is off cooldown during a raid.

Problem is I move it based on the raid size. Not sure if you can assign anchors based on that.

how did you guys handle penetrating cold? it seems like you just help on random targets with pc. were you mainly on tanks or did you assign pc targets?

We have 3 healers assigned to healing PC. A Healing Touch speced druid, a resto shaman, and a Disc Priest. The druid has priority on groups 1 and 2, the shaman on group 3, and the priest on group 4 and 5. You heal the people in your group first, and assist others if you don't have any.

It's not as straight forward as some people using 5 healers with 5 icons to heal 1 assigned icon.
