I wish we had gotten those Jimmny's here in N.America those and the LWB Samaurai's are awesome little buggers. But like all things, we here In NA got the shaft. no 70Series Cruisers, No Mogs, no Jimmny's... No Solid axles... And then they wen't and downgraded our Toyota Pick-ups by adding a super weak frame in place of the onster that's under my little old 4cyl 4Runner (surf)

Nah not a hatter just someone who knows a little something about 4wd's... Hence me being a Toyota guy. If you're not you just don't wheel enough to understand what makes them superior in nearly every single way. Plus after living in Australia and seeing all the Patrols with blown to pieces engines (the 3.0 TD) and gear boxes with spun bearings and broken out put shaft's one after another I'd never wheel a Nissan, they're just not Tough enough. Putting a big rear axle isn't enough.

Have you even owned a Nissan or just speaking of what you heard Ive owned a toyota went thru 2 22R's ! Its so easy to break that weak ass engine! After all the money i put into the truck i got a empty wallet cuz i took advice from a toyota guy, buy a toyota THERE ARE PARTS EVERYWHERE! Why are there parts everywhere, cuz you need it when the truck KEEPS BREAKIN DOWN!! Where im from there are alot of toyota trucks around, but not one has the original motor. i got the same KA24 i put in 6yrs ago

Yeah, I blew through 2 Hardbody's (total POS trucks) and of all the rigs I thrashed in Australia the Patrol held up the worst (yeah even compared to some Rovers...) Sorry, but Toyotas are the Best trucks on the planet if you don't knopw that you're either dilusional or a complete idiot. 1st - My father used to have a Nissan Patrol 4.2 TD which has carried us through the toughest of terrains for 12 years! It has never failed and never got stuck like that sissy land cruiser!
