'@butels302408 yes eheads is the GOAT (greatest of all time) pinoy band and we share the same thought on that because they had songs that even bamboo and rico would always love to sing...what i mean about being better is on playing their instruments raymund himself admitted that they are not the best when it comes to playing..at akoy namulat sa musika ng 90s thats why i can tell like most people who lived on that era...kaw ba, kelan ka pinanganak?

Why should he be faulted for doing something that several of the other members did before him and what everyone left also did shortly thereafter? He was slaving over writing and performing but the friggin manager refused to give him one month vacation. She was a slave driver who wanted control of everything, even songs that Rico had written.

I might get a lot of down votes for this, but i think the original RiverMaya was better than the Eraserheads. They had the perfect combo. Legendary songwriting by Blanco and a unique voice (Bamboo's).

@spartan9199 they were definitely better sound wise. Putting aside emotions, pakinggan yung mga album, maganda talaga yung quality ng musika sa nota man o sa letra, ng kanta ng Rivermaya. Malakas lang talaga dating nung Eheads kasi masang-masa and there was a disdain for Rivermaya coz people felt that they did not go through the ropes of being a garage band. Ganunpaman the best talaga para sa akin si Rico. His skills in songwriting is a stuff for legends that's why I will miss Rivermaya forever.

@spartan9199 but in terms of loyalty to each other and loyalty to true filipino music Parokya Ni Edgar for my opinion is and might be the best OPM band ever created, since like in the days of eheads, rivermaya, the dawn etc.. where they were in their prime still stand strong in todays generation of OPM music and STILL brings the 90's breeze with their songs, and also siakol. but fyi eraserheads still is one of the best, SUPPORT FILIPINO MUSIC, -TheSwaggerfromcali iight here proud to be filipino.
