lol it's fine, i was just fiddling around with it and realised i could do it. this is my first one though. i like picnik, can just be as good as photoshop sometimes.
tou use tint reverse the changes to get the eyes.
make the skin lighter by black and white and then use orton-ish to make them white. use smooth to finish it off and frame. I hope that helped, you kind of need to play around with it. :)
