2) Phy s= helps breathing, breathing techniques. Exposed to high adrenaline, feeds the ego , the never ending-need to do more and go faster. Emotionally, i suppose aviation has helped us feel less inferior in comparison to other species that can fly naturally

I was at this race, just under the tower. I was able to take a picture just as he we through, using a minolta 35mm. manual focus 210mm lens. lucky shot, shows the wheel cover coming off the plane. he was really lucky, the real scary part is that he had the plane headed directly toward the tower and stands where everyone was sitting.

Hitting a pylon does allmost nothing as long as it's not a prop strike, the worst part was when his landing gear struck the ground the pylons aren't able to do damage they are meant to break.
