Most people use Harris silver solder and Harris flux with mapp gas. I use the harris flux with something called BCuP-3 - 5% Ag (silver) 0.050 x 1/8" x 18". The BCuP cost about $40 for a 1 pound tube of rods and the silver solder cost about $30 for a troy ounce.
