He was slow, but Sutil was being behind him, and had to leave on the grass, becouse he was much faster. But should have given back gained position, becouse it was'nt fair. That's my conclusion.

@garethkielty Badoer stayed on the racing line, the other options for Sutil were a) simply to brake b) to left the track, but let Badoer pass again. And if you are honest, it would not have been a difficult job to overtake slow Badoer at the end of the lap

the rule don't say actually anything about cutting. you just must have 2 tyres inside lines when you go pass, otherwise it's illegal

@r0fflec0pt technically its not because a) he had nowhere else to go and had to run wide b) going around the outside like that is considered extending the track instead of cutting it, but yes in theory he did have 4 wheels off the track so he should have let him repass

that was as much avoidance as it was a overtake, if he didn't go around badoer the nose of his force india would have been mated with a ferrari gearbox.
