I can't tell you how much fun I had doing this show. My husband and I were in London for a week taping this show, then took a driving tour of Europe and we "found my roots" where my father lived as a child in Arzo, Switzerland. It was a great trip... and on the plane over to London to do this show, we sat with Ringo Starr and Donald Pleasance. What a great memory! XOXO Ruthie

@CanadianWarMachine I do believe that Sweetums was the first of the dual operator muppets. One performer as the body, another controlling the head via radio control. Like the Gorgs are done on 'Fraggle Rock'

He apparently he is done by one guy. If his eyes and/or mouth are moving, one arm is limp and vise versa. His other arm is attached to the body and never moves.
