@ladyescargopudding I don't think she does, her hair seems to be dark given her eyebrows. So I assume she only says "You have your mother's hair" because Marni was dark-haired compared to Nathan, and Shilo is supposed to resemble Marni more than she does Nathan.

I figured her hair fell out due to the poison and Nathan got her a wig to look like her real hair (or made it from her real hair) though it's odd that her eyebrows are still there...
