@mrmetalheadtildeath it's because when you activate star power it doubles your multiplier let's do some simple math 3 x 2= 6 and then he already had like 3.5 multiplier and it went to a 6.5 hit a couple more notes and then went to 8 because in rockband there is no 7 times multiplier if you didn't know
