  • in response to that first comment on the top of the page PLEASE DONT MAKE ME LAUGH. i have been following these guys since ian stewart used to drive them from the marquee club to the ealing club in his volkswagon bus.speaking of the marquee club, that was there first concert 7-12-1962.the starting lineup was MICK -BRIAN-KEITH-TONY-DICK.YEA REALLY. dick taylor was the bass player & tony chapman was on drums.MICK WROTE THAT SONG and gave it to marianne his X girlfriend who released IT 1ST .

  • @1mickjagger

Thank you very much for this correction.

Is it true, you were really there (between Marquee- and Ealing.Club) 1962 as 7-year-old boy?

  • @tvmadness8

I gather that it's sufficient for you if he simply answers 'yes' ?

  • @stinkycheesefoot Who do you mean? I don't understand you, sorry. Get concrete!

  • @tvmadness8

You're on the Internet, FFS !! If you knew how many people who claim they have met this or that celebrity, sigh.

  • @stinkycheesefoot Bist du Schweizer? Kannst du mir das in Deutsch sagen?

  • @tvmadness8 Hä ? Woher weisst Du dass ich Schweizer bin ?

  • @stinkycheesefoot Mann, Junge, steht doch in deinem Kanal!

  • They stole this song from Marianne Faithfull. She wrote it and they put their names on the copywrite.

  • @jeminijem1

No. It's one of the earliest original compositions by Jagger/Richards, but initially they wouldn't take the risk to play it themselves. Jagger was in love anyway, he gave the song to his sweetheart so if the song was poorly received it wouldn't harm their own reputation. All went well so they recorded it later.
