When using the headclip you need to move the receiver a little bit to the left and select "TrackClip" in the settings. Someone hasn't been reading their instruction manual!

I've been using Free-Track for about a year... with a 30fps camera. That setup works just fine enough to be invaluble for me in cockpit-style games.

TrackIR has got the same mathematics behind it but with a !100 FPS! camera. So, either you screwed up the settings on purpose, or you gave frack all about even looking at them.

Get the setting right, and give the Tracker about 15-30 minutes of getting used to, and you will feel handicapped playing without it afterwards.

First you need to read the manual. And then you need to set settings for the Track Clip Pro not the Vector as it is set to right now and you can see that by the red LED is on the TrackIR 4 PRO

he fucked up hsi settings... I didn't bother paying $200-250 for trackir. I just decided moving on with free track and it works fine just like this track ir thing + free track only cost me $3 if i dont count the camera in. As i said this guy needs help with his set up....

yep thinking that too. I ordered trackir 4 today and seen a lot of reviews before buying it.. as i can say he just plugged it in, installed the software and played FSX.. you always have to calibrate things first like this.

it works flawlessly in both fs9 and fsx, the problems you are experiencing are due to user error. it looks like you either forgot to deactivate the LEDs in the camera or there are distracting lightsources in the room

Deusrexmachina is right. It even says in the manual to position the sensor a bit to the left, until it is centered with the LEDs. Try that out.

The only problem is that how are you supposed to like behind you at the same time trying to look at the monitor. I rather use the keys although it is pretty cool and I think it best if you have like 3 wide screens.
