Pavloff you're a fuckin marvel! This is just mental! What system do u have to run all this? Love knowing where all the samples come from though, very interesting. Amazing vids man!
ive just seen this and smack my bitch up, if you're not into it already, i STRONGLY suggest that you go into producing and making your own shit, id buy your records.
I am a great fan of 'music from the gilted generation' and I have to say that I have never been so impressed by any remake ever! Well done! (Also 'Smack by bitch up' was amazing!)
I think i already can say that this is the most impressive video I will find on youtube this year!
@therealKINDLE Nah there's just something with digital that you just CAN'T capture with analog, a warmth so to speak. I produce myself and I can tell you hardware just sounds SO much better than software!
Вооообщщще СУПЕР респект я бы так не смог Liam создал шедевр ни каждый может повторить класс !!!!! Мне понравилось. Может Poison Their law и другие тоже можеш сделать?
This is an INCREDIBLE video. Well done! Totally inspirational and really well broken-down / produced as a video presentation too. Love Prodigy, Love sampling, LOVE Ableton!
its good that 17years ago Ableton is not yet created, otherwise this video will not be here and its seems everyone can be like Prodigy this days....gotta DL one..lolz
Awesome video, and even if you knew what the samples to use, there are stuff that needs some advanced programming. The lead synth needs to be drawn and look at the number of devices he hason on just one MIDI track to achieve the end result.
@z3139720 Really, I take it you've produced fifty songs as good as this. It's like playing the guitar, all the notes are there, it's just putting them together.
@z3139720 it might be cut and paste but theres an art to sampling to spot those samples before they are all stretched and repitched takes a special ear .....and its made him a very very very rich man !!!
Pretty cool. Great work! Can you tell me something about the hardware you're using? I see a lot of tracks with a lot of plug-ins running - must be a very powerful machine, right?
@dragos240alt eeey your whining pussy, just because your life sucks your depressed bastard, does not mean I want to hear your fcking whining. go whine to someone else ... killjoy!!
Ignoring the wide variety of failed attempts at insulting me and the many spelling mistakes. I'm now working on learning japanese, some programming (java and C++ esp.)
Also. If you want to swear, swear, don't censor yourself.
Trolling is an art, if you didn't already realize, lurk more, go back to school, and stop acting so butthurt.

I am rarely commenting any stuff on YT, but I must say I've rewatched this video after a year and it still puts me in a huge awe, and i doubt it will ever change Superb work worthy of ultimate appraisals!
oh.. my .. fuckin.. god. this was truly incredible. they way you did this was truly masterful. and it goes to show the innovatism liam had when he produced this track. omg. i never knew it was thru such hard forms of sampling. its truly a masterpiece when u portray it like this. WELL DONE SIR!!
@stoda85 there were programs that did exactly this back then believe it or not....there's also hardware from back then that did this stuff.....MPC-60 (1988) would be one item that was able to do it and give you that "saturated" sound due to it's low bitrate. couple in maybe an Akai S612 (1984) for some of the sounds due to the fact it had an analog filter. Or step up to the time period with like an Ensoniq ASR-10, and an Amiga 1000 and you're set.
I love both the prodigy videos that you made mate. I would love to see some more! Also I can see how easy it is to edit and arrange the samples (once you have them of course) on a computer, but I really wonder how it is done on the equipment Liam had back then.
Un-fucking-believable.
