What a crock of shit....It's simple, get your heart rate to 120 bpm and maintain it. You can do this by simply power walking and the person who runs past you won't burn any more fat than you. If you want endurance, you run up hills, long distances, sprints, etc. If you want strength, you lift weights.Want to burn fat? walking is as easy as it gets. Heart rate 120 bpm and maintain. That came from Arnold Swarcheneggers weight trainer more then 25 yrs ago. I didn't believe then, but he's right.

@Red2001Rum not exactly true dude, you will lose fat if you build muscle because your body needs more calories to support them, plus your always burning calories when your body is recovering because those calories go into repairing muscle, Fat loss is all about calories most weightlifters are muscular not fat its actually recommended to combine aerobic and muscle building to burn fat at a much faster rate. Cardio burns fat, so does building muscle.
I don't want to bash, but this seems like it's working your muscles, not cardiovascular system. Shes basically squatting, which means working out her legs mainly...
@hagadaba Try it with the most weight that you can without failing. Do it ten times as quickly as you can. Then tell us that it doesn't work your cardio. I do this with 30 lb dumbells and go as quickly as I can without losing form for as long as I can for 20 seconds. Rest ten then do it again and do as many sets until I give out. Yeah its cardio too.....

I do happen to know a link of a site where they give free workout plan and exercises that you could use to gain lean muscles and burn fats. A very heavy workout of 1 hour will burn no more than 300-400kcals. And most pussy ass niggers don't train heavy at all, especially women lol. Feeling tired =/= indication of burning lots of kcals. So expect to burn like 200 kcals, which is nothing.

I don't think there really is any special exercise that burns more fat than others. Its a matter up using up sugar in the blood stream and breaking down fat to replace that sugar. Jogging for more than 10 minutes will do exactly that. If you combine the same eating habits to speed up your metabolism that fitness models use it has a kind of amplifying effect on fat loss. Its not easy to do but it works. Just google "your fit assist maniac" cuz it gives an example of a technique they use
Proper technique and form is a must performing any exercise, if you loose your form, you are better off by doing less reps or taking a 5 sec rest in between sets, she did loose her form. Sorry that's not a burning fat exercise. She will never reach 150 heart rate.
As simple as this if you wanna lose some fat, there is no special exercise for that. Just do as many aerobic classes as you can (Period.)

@hagadaba Try it with the most weight that you can without failing. Do it ten times as quickly as you can. Then tell us that it doesn't work your cardio. I do this with 30 lb dumbells and go as quickly as I can without losing form for as long as I can for 20 seconds. Rest ten then do it again and do as many sets until I give out. Yeah its cardio too.....

A very heavy workout of 1 hour will burn no more than 300-400kcals. And most pussy ass niggers don't train heavy at all, especially women lol. Feeling tired =/= indication of burning lots of kcals. So expect to burn like 200 kcals, which is nothing.
To burn fat you have to... Never mind, if you are too lazy to google basic shit like this then you will remain fat anyway. Won't even bother explaining lol.

@MrSabri10 theres no such thing as 'target fat burning' but with all these workouts, you lose fat from around your vital organs first then as you keep going, the extra fat from you belly, thighs, arms etc, will start to go away (thats why you start to get results after 1-2 weeks), BUT this 'target fat burn' can be mistaken for wanting to tone up, and to get toned, you have to do more strength-orientated exercises.

Fat burning? Not even close.
That's a resistance exercise. Resistance exercises are primarily anaerobic. Anaerobic metabolism only uses muscle specific glycogen and glucose (aka sugar) for energy needs.
It doesn't burn fat, nor can you spot reduce the "fat" where ever you're thinking.
No 1 fat burning exercise is actually sitting on the couch doing nothing. That's when our body's use primarily fat for energy. Go hit the treadmill, elliptical, or some sort of cardiovascular exercise.

I don't think there really is any special exercise that burns more fat than others. Its a matter up using up sugar in the blood stream and breaking down fat to replace that sugar. Jogging for more than 10 minutes will do exactly that. If you combine the same eating habits to speed up your metabolism that fitness models use it has a kind of amplifying effect on fat loss. Its not easy to do but it works. Just google "your fit assist maniac" cuz it gives an example of a technique they use

Proper technique and form is a must performing any exercise, if you loose your form, you are better off by doing less reps or taking a 5 sec rest in between sets, she did loose her form. I would not have a beginner do this type of exercise with dumbbells. Exercising is not only about your body moving and performing, you have to be aware of your body posture, breathing and form, basically engaging everything including your brain! Once you have that down eventually you becomes easier because you
