I just finished watching all of her videos from X-Factor. I had no idea that she won the 2006 season. She was the best part of Final Fantasy XIII. I had no interest in the game until I saw the commercials that used this song.

For all those people who play final fantasy this song is about not wanting to give up on something you've lost but have to. it fits with light and snow not want to lose serah, sazh with dajh, hope and his mum and vanille and fang with there home. its also fits with the fact they accept it just how the characters accept losing fang and vanille in the end. the song fits with the game and it sounds good, whats the problem?

Well, it's mostly about Snow and Serah and losing Fang and Vanille. It's highly implied that Fang and Vanille are a lesbian couple, and they end up being together forever in crystal together. So, I guess the "My hands only agree to hold your hands" part fits Fang and Vanille and Snow and Serah at the end. That's about it, though.

FFXIII was an inspiration to those who are not so much of a big fan towards final fantasy. The quick action timed battles made people want to play it because of quick decisions. I am a hardcore FF fan and have played every single one up to FFXIV, and i personally think they should evolve Final Fantasy's battle system.

There isn't an enemy I haven't fought. There's not a single treasure I haven't gotten. I've turned the game inside out pretty much. All I can say is it's beautiful.

It doesn't matter whether or not the story is bad. The problem with ff13 is the fact that it doesnt weave story and gameplay together fluently. If you only want a good story, you read a book a book.

The gameplay is also downright awfull and it tries to involve you as little as possible. As a matter of fact i could finish the game in japanese without being able to read the language so that means its not very complicated :P. I'm a big fan of the series but this ain't good.

@EdwardTuite I got the game, finished and did everything.. even all 64 repetitive Cie'th stone missions. The story is just bad, it doesn't go anywhere until towards the end and the ending isn't satisfactory in the least. It is a huge disappointment for long time FF fans.

How can you not see that the characters are just stereotypes ripped directly from another other Japanese RPG. You have no sense of what a good story means, try to read a book once in a while.

First of all, emersive is not even a word, try immersive. Secondly the world is paper thin and has almost no mythology, nothing is explained or fleshed out. You don't even get to visit a single town to walk around inside. It is all bare wastelands filled with nothing.

Deepest characters? They have NO depth at ALL. Vanille and Snow for example, they are supposed to be main characters but you know nothing about them.

The battle system almost plays itself..

Final Fantasy is the embodiment of strength against all odds this song is a great anthem of Final Fantasy 13. I don't know what they're doing with the second part to this game by choosing Charice and that poor written song b/c Leona Lewis is what drew my attention to wantin to purchase Final Fantasy 13 because everyone knows how Square Enix has been hit or miss with this franchise. So, Square listened to their cries, fixed up the game some, and decided to essentially "port" the 13-2 theme song from the JAP version to ENG. except they used Charice. I'm not a musician or anything, but even Hellen Keller could tell that they're near same
