Most cars from Chevrolet nowadays is actually manufactured by Daewoo (But the brand name, Daewoo has disappeared not long ago, renamed "GM Korea")..Anyway, I loved entire Daewoo models produced in late 1990s when they produced Matiz, Lanos, Nubira and Leganza. Especially I was pretty impressed with Leganza's design with Giugiaro-based italdesign. It's obviously too shame that GM abandoned one of the decent automaker, Daewoo forever...Their products were pretty decent and reliable.

The Daewoos from the newer Matiz/Lanos/Leganza and Nubira designs onwards were a bit better than their early Vauxhall coverups. The brand should've stayed. I would have made them even better and put economical frugal diesels in them to give a bit of choice and spice to the mix.

I drive a 2000 Lanos. It is painfully boring. But i love it. It is very reliable and i have never had any trouble with it in the 9 years i have owned it. If it continues to hold up this well, i will be driving it for 10 more. lol

@streesmut70 Well yes unfortunantly. But Daewoo cars was cool car especially Espero in the 90s car with electric windows and airbag for no money you buy Espero
