@captaindaring They really didn't have a lifeless song until some late '92 b-sides and most of the disappointing '93 AUDIENCE OF THE MIND LP. If they had had the discipline and better management and been able to put differences aside (in other words, retain Bickers and release a proper prompt follow-up LP in '89 w/ songs like Safe, Destroy the Heart, Marble, and Soft as Fire), they could have been much bigger. The grunge explosion did not happen until the fall of '91.
Love this song. Joint best on the album along with 'I Don't Know Why I Love You'. Shame they didn't get more recognition.
