No over voice person, you cannot tell the body to experience pain. Because pain is the #1 most affective way of alerting your body to protect itself. If that were gone you would end up literary like a zombie (aside from the brainless flesh eating monsters that spread a world wide epidemic with some kind of super deadly disease).
That's gotta hurt??? I'm a girl, and I know how he does that! (only because I took karate class) You just have to focus. I broke 1 inch of wood with my bare hands, and I didn't feel anything, but a slight scrape from the splinters. The stomach? just tighten up your stomach muscles, and you would barely feel a thing.
i pray that these bafoons are just looking out for the continuity of the show in these ludacris statements that they make hahahaha 300 lbs per brick if any of you have ever tried to break a brick you'd know that it dosnt take hardly any effort at all. see those spaces in between those bricks? take those away and he wouldnt even break two. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF ALL THAT IS SENSIBLE stop gawking at these morons no matter what angle you look at it from they're always cheating
300lb of breasure to brake 1 block, & hitting them with 1800lb of preasure to brake them ?? there braking 1 buy 1 so no way could he apply 8 times his body weight to brake them . youtube fight science it explains the force these martial arts folk put out
the science in this is wrong. the force he applies goes through the first block, therefore, if he can KEEP 300lb of pressure THROUGH every block he is breaking, he can break em.
Hey everyone! I am a seasoned brick breaker from Hawaii. The breaking of the white cement bricks are impressive. In fact, he is at the competition level. I have won a few championships in my time, and I believe breaking is 90% mental. I am not to sure about all the science behind it, but when you faced with a stack, either it goes or your hand/arm breaks.
I know this guy is strong, and he's well trained, but the breaking of the cinder blocks is fixed. Thanks to the little wooden slats, he is actually breaking just one at a time. The 300lb figure is wrong as well, I looked it up, this type of block has no structural strength and are met only to cap a free standing wall.
That many bricks it is impressive yes...but the bricks are designed to break, and even positioned to allow them to be their most vulnerable.
I'd be more impressed if they took stock cinder blocks and broke them.
Same as the stick he whacked him with...that was a long fucking stick. He hit him with the part that was most likely to break off. Try a hurling stick made out of ash...
Not necessarily: There have been quite a few 'magicians' who have proved if stomach muscles are flexed it's possible to ignore almost all pain. 'course Houdini failed at that, but I betcha that's what's happening there.
A hurling stick would be much more difficult to ignore.
Ok. Here's a noob way of breaking 1. Each brick takes around 300 pounds of force, and let's say I weigh 150. So if I jumped up and put all my weight in my arm, it would surpass 300 pounds. Of course, that's not how I would do it, but it's how I can prove that I can.
if i was trapped in a concrete room with 1 person, I'd want to be with this guy

Well, your theory isn't correct, the human bone will break by the imp. of 250 pounds.
So without training you will break your hand!
saidadib 2 years ago
Yes, but I HAVE training :D, 4 years, in fact.

I wonder if it would be possible to do that in a fight.
