Thank you for your lucid explanation of how these objects in MAX MSP work. A lot of the tutorials out there are terrible. It's nice to find someone that moves quickly enough to keep it from getting boring, but still finds time to break down what is actually going on.

Regarding other web tutorials, I think it's a question of horses for courses: a lot of folks prefer a quicker approach than mine, it just depends on learning preferences. But I'm very glad that these have worked for you so far and I hope they continue to do so. There are a lot of extremely good tutorials out there (BazTutorials and dude837) which I can recommend when you want some more variety. :)
