@SuperMustacheman Then you make a video and post it online otherwise quit your complaining. besides its called "just play in a higher octave" if this is too low pitch for your tastes. I think its rather nice, it has a nice low dark tone to it, much like the darker times in final fantasy games. Frankly since no-one except the composer would know how it EXACTLY should sound, its not "completely different" this video could be considered a variation to the original which is perfectly fine.

@kkwak92 You are aware, that you need to hit the key once, just hit it really quick, not even hold the note, then you can remove your hand, right? There is a pedal you can use to sustian the notes. What you both are referring, is the fact that you have no idea how to play the piano.

@kkwak92 Synth software? It is a program, that you connect your digital piano/keyboard to and play along. Besides you can connect a pedal to any 88 keys keyboard, anything else wouldn't give sense. If you're thinking about qwerty-keyboards, not only is it impossible to play with that, but the guy clearly writes "impossible to play on a real piano", so no he's not referring to qwerty :-)

Yo bro. I suck at piano. And I learned this song. FROM THIS VIDEO! No joke. I still am a little messy but I can get it. You're only looking at the keys and see that there are so many and that it's so hard. But really, if you have an ear, it all fits in if you know the song well and the keys aren't so hard to place down. But still, yes it is a bitch to learn. Learn it slowly, but never impossible. Nothing is impossible, so never give up! :D

I use Smartscore X Pro to make the midi, which is played in Synthesia. I use Fraps to record the video, and a piano VSTi for the audio. Sony Vegas Pro 8 to edit and crop the video and finally convert the video to MP4 (AVC/AAC) before uploading it to youtube.
