You should try the transformer sets made by Transformer Design and Supply. They are the OEM, West Labs are copies. Just do a search on Transformer Design and Supply. You will love them, everyone does.

i hope u dont lie but. does it really sound like this at the beggining of the video right where u struck the FIRST note or its just the camera mic thats doin the compresssion and the bass response?
i definitely think the amp is worth the money! it takes a while to get used to.. i made this video when i just got it! now i really know how to use it. it gives me shimering cleans and combined with a OCD i get awesome distortion. there are only a few knobs but its a very versatile amp! i tried ac30's but something kept me from buying them. i never tried the valvetech
ive never been so happy with a amp so the dc30 stays. it sounds very organic and thick and i like the dirty edge it has to it!
Not yet. I have a bad pot in mine, so I'm trying to fix that. After that, I'll post some clips. It is a great amp. I don't know which I prefer. I think I like the versatility of the 15 watt version.

I have a Duesenberg Domino P-90ish pick-up in the bridge, and a Duesenberg Single Coil in the neck position (both are humbucker-sized)
I think Duesenberg pickups sound amazing. They are very clear and full sounding.

im mainly a vox ac30 guy...but i ust sold it off. (sad face%^$#)

Thanks for sharing that. I loved my DC-30 ceriatone when I had it. Nik made me a 15 watt amp based off of this DC-30 and I love it to death...

Not yet. I have a bad pot in mine, so I'm trying to fix that. After that, I'll post some clips. It is a great amp. I don't know which I prefer. I think I like the versatility of the 15 watt version.
