This song is in A Major and has the same chord progression as "TiK ToK", which is in Bb Major. The chord progression is a I - II - iii and regularly switches off to a I - iii - II.

A9 chord = A, B, C#, E (for a change, you can use the simple A chord as well =) )

Bflat chord or A# chord = A#, D, F

C# chord = C#, F, G#
