i found some burdock...was waiting to harvest some roots for the first time ...saw two plants growing and left them till 2 year, seeds are going reddish, leaves are dying back now , was going to get those ..hmm might just save the seeds and sow them springtime..

I bought the japanese gobo seeds to grow and was wondering what part of the plant you can eat? Can I regrow them somehow whether I take the root out or not? Is every part of the plant edible like the limbs of the leaves? I'm really curious about this plant.
nice video, most people in japan often eat gobo, burdock, however don't know the flower because the root is, i believe, harvested before flowering. nice video, don't get it mixed up with belladona!!＊＊ and try out the burdock juice with ginger- i think you will like it!!
can you eat the stems? like you can eat thisle stems? or the leaves or burs maybe?

person up here deep fry dem roots and friend loves em.
Can't get rid of burdocks in yards alot of time people beg you to pull them out toss into compost .
