Not really, he used the clips from some skysports comps but cuts and edits them together, also he synched the clips with the music which shows he hasnt just ripped skysports videos.

He's used them. It's good editing for sure, but surely he draws and influence from those promos to 'coicidentally' use both comps from Sky Sports. There's nothing wrong with using the materials. But they are ripped and overlayed with different music. Sure, the editing is different, but if you do a promo with already promo clips, the editing is laid on a plate

What exactly do you mean by "all that has been added is music, quick editing, and special effects"?. Isn't that what makes a compilation?  He took clips off another promo created by anonymous professionals - big deal. Unless of course it's expected of him to get his own 8000$ camera, capture his own footage, overcrank the frame rate etc. Perhaps the colours and some of the angle changing are directly from those promos, but there's nothing wrong; it's essentially his work.

they arent' DIRECTLY ripped from it at all. sure, he has taken clips, but he has added his own colouring, effects, synching and music. it isnt simple to make a video of this quality.so please, if you say its that simple, please create your own video and we will see who's turns out better.

The material isn't made from scratch. If I cut a film together with transitions made during the movie, that's just putting an overlay of music and effects. It's from Sky Sports Montage. He's made a montage of a montage. Bizarre but good, no denying, but it isn't entirely original.
