omg, help! i recently changed a motor in the mini-z and then running only awhile, i smell something burnt. i changed back to the stocked motor, it dosnt run, but the steering is perfectly fine. what happen? what should i do? i saw a hole in one of the FETs, i have to change the FETs?
If you want to drift then the AWD is your only option. If you want to race, generally the mr02/03 would be better, mr02 is most common but mr03 is newer and getting more common. The AWD is better for racing on slippery surfaces than the others, but it might tip over if you race on carpet. And i think you're only allowed to race in your class, so AWD can't race against 2wd.
That depends ofcourse on what motor and gearing that you have in the car, what tires and surface and so on. But in the right condotions the AWD is better since it can handle turns more efficiently, but if the track has lots of grip then the awd might tip over in the corners since it has alot higher center of gravity than the mr02/03. So AWD can't be raced on all tracks, but the mr01/03 can, and more people seem to be using them.
I have much carpet in my house so no drifting then? I want to make a course and then buy the same MINI-Z you have... is it STOCK? You only bought the drift-tires? and it allready drifts good?
Thanks!!! I am making a track myself on a cloth of how do you say some sort of special plastic... then later I will see how the carpet is going... I ordered a Falken AE86 drift from ebay...
learn the FUCK to understand certain shit dickface shit-eater!!! Goddamn - there are certain carpets on the market I HAVE ONE SPECIAL SORT in my living room and I had a 4wd Mini-Z Falken Trueno and it drifted REALLY GOOD! I also bought some sort of plastic sheet and worked as well.... I wanted to make an outdoor track but its discontinued... buttfucker!
lol dont start fuckin crying you soft sill cunt! Go on you fat fuck yanky.......shuv another doughnut in your fat fucking mouth, that will shut you the fuck up for about 10 seconds...............until you shovel the next one in lard arse!
You're the one that's crying and you live actually pretty close to me you fairy fuck... so it's best you take it easy!!! You started this whole pub-war you blimey bastard! And FYI I am not a yank... so finish school first and stop being an internet terrorist... Bitch! PEACE

Yes. I'm using kyosho plastic drift tires. On wood floor , mini-z AWD sliding very well, but in carpet...grip too much.

Only mini-z AWD can make drift. But on carpet is dificult. Maybe if you use more powerfull motor, carpet track dirfting is possible. Maybe!

Those tires are Kyosho original drift tires for Mini-z AWD.
robekensugi 4 years ago
its obviously some sort of hard plastic, you can hear the noise... rubber has some bouncyness so it isnt rubber

I know that "turning circle" is hard to operate.
What's more, by Mini-Z. It's excellent !!
