How wrong you are! GM dont own Holden, the GM means General Motors which allowed the smaller automotive manufactuers to compete against Ford. This GM/GMH agreement allowed Chev and Holden to easily share Cars/Engines/Gearboxs/Diffs, Hence why our Monaro is your GTO and why the LS series engines are in our Commodores, this has been going on since the companys where both young to the scene. And just to clarify this info is comming from a life long Holden and Chev supporter :)

Ok now that i found this video again, it was made by GM from '64-'74 and i realize this was Holden from '04-'06 and thats the year range for this model but i think of the gto in its best years, the first 10 years, i prefer the 69 over all but still its an american made car.
