I ordered a Fusion Hybrid back in January and received it early April. My average MPG so far is up to 39 MPG after 2,000 miles of driving.

The short distance drives don't give as much efficiency and hover around 35 MPG, but in drives longer than 20 mpg, I've gotten an average of 42-44 mpg. On mixed highway and city driving, I've gotten as high as 63 MPG on admittedly a mostly downhill drive to downtown. This only happens on one specific route going to the city, and never anywhere else.

Just to continue on my first post, and my tips if anyone plans on purchasing one. On the freeway try to stick to driving 60 MPH in 65 MPH zones.

In most cases of driving around 45 MPH, its best to accelerate in gas mode, release the pedal for a moment and electric mode will run the rest of the way until the battery needs to recharge.

The biggest thing is cruise control is your best friend. The best thing is I get these MPG averages without driving to a crawl. It doesn't drive like a hybrid

This one def. looks better than the old one, but it always seems that Ford US makes better front ends on their sedans then they do the rear. Front is very sleek, and the rear is... underwhelming.

Fusion is correct name for this car as it is mostly Mazda 6. Older model by the way. If it was made by the same standards as Mazda, then it is a good buy.

I have an 08 fusion in dark blue ink color and I love the new fusion look. It is just a shame they did not keep the dark blue ink color. I have the navigation and sync system with leather seats. I am very pleased with my 08 fusion but would not mind getting a 2010 fusion. You guys did a great job with the video and I hope you sell alot of fusions. I test drove the hybrid version yesterday. I was impressed. This car is definitely on the top of the list. I highly recommend. Very, very good value. And its Ford, so your gonna get their famous reliability.
