my thought in that is facts people don't know the real bad things about cannabis but they do hear the spoken bad things about cannabis, the socially not exepted is what they hear, when the youth at this age will grow up, I belive that cannabis will be accepted and mabye be legall mostwere cause people will know alcohol is worse than cannabis all the side effects and all it will do to you, still it is legall why ?

All substances should be legal, the government should have no say in what we put into our bodies. Making driving while impaired makes sense because it could be dangerous but they really need to do proper tests (like proper scientific versions of this video) to make well-judged decisions on that. Motoring laws are separated from contraband laws for a good reason (plenty of medical drugs are ilegal to drive while under the influence of).

I am more afraid of those on sedatives and prescription drugs. Some of those, can make a person a walking zombie. I worked with a guy on some powerful meds, he took 5 minutes to cross a room with a chair. I don't know how the fuck he got to work. Teleport?

As hard as it is to believe cannabis seems to actually improve driving. However only when your are well used to the effects! Definitely its not a good idea to drive your first time using cannabis. I know this because ive done it and while i drove perfectly fine it was a bit weird feeling like an alien in a space craft HAHA. I don't know, the only time I have ever struck an object while driving was when I was stoned. Admittedly, I was going less that 1 mile per hour and just scraped the side of my car port, but I am convinced it wouldn't have happened had I not been stoned. I just had one of those "zone out" moments as I was pulling in, and it could have proved fatal had that occurred while I was driving faster. That was six years ago and, suffice it to say, I don't drive high anymore.
