I have not attempted to heal anyone yet, but I definitely saw the healing power of God in my life. My wife had been sick for almost 10 years, she could barely move and couldn't go outside. Shortly after I accepted Christ into my life, I asked God to please heal my wife, I had my hand on her arm as she was sleeping. Next day she was up and walking around, 10 days later her doctor says he can't find anything wrong with her.
I still have not told her about the prayer I prayed that night.
I am confused about who is able to heal. James 5:15 says if you are sick to call for the elders of the church to anoint you with oil and heal. This tells me that only they are the ones with authority to heal. Are there any scriptures that show that anyone can heal in Jesus name?
@talv64 MArk 16:17 says that all believers have the kingly,authority to heal the sick by laying hands on them. There is the "gift" of healing, yes, but there is also an authority given to every believer that you can use IN FAITH to heal the lost so that their faith will be in the power of God. You can also use it on a fellow believer to some degree. I have posted the teaching of ths is on my channel entitled "william Lau" I heard this on the omegaman radio show and tried it. It works! Have Faith
