  • Thanks Mark. No, I won't try 370 tomorrow because 365 lbs pretty much felt like my limit for the moment. I don't find it that hard to do over a couple days because I just leave the weight sitting on the bar and whenever I feel like it I go down and lift it (i.e. no warm up). So, in a day, unless I do an all out workout, I am only doing 1 or 2 reps and that's it for the day.

    For example, the only thing I did yesterday was 1 set of 360 lbs x 1 rep (morning) and 315 lbs x 1 rep (evening).
