  • How on earth do you keep your knees over your heels and not over your toes? If you try and keep your knees over your heels, you fall backwards! its called gravity!

  • YOU NEVER HAVE TO LOCK THE KNEES! That's wrong! Delte this video for people who copy what others do and don't know anything about exercise in order to don't hurt them.

  • "a'ight"

  • HAHAHAHA!! you guys are all probably on roids or something! hahaha, talk about rage episodes over youtube!!

  • @Garuda1337 This can help you lose weight far better than cardiovascular excersise.....

When you do a hard workout; you have sore muscles the next day, your body is rebuilding the muscle tissue.

This activity increases metabolism and uses up alot of energy, cardio uses more energy during, but weights burn more enrgy in the long run, while also helping you build lean body mass, which can also help define your midsection.

  • @plastic191919 You need to go back to school. I think it was 9th grade biology when you learned about energy pathways? Anaerobic exercise gets its energy from glycolysis and the creatine phosphate cycle. Anaerobic is critical because it gains its energy from burning fat as a fuel source along with glucose, which anaerobic exercise does NOT do. Yes, it does increase metabolic activity, but what KIND of metabolism is what makes the difference. Learn your science.

  • @Garuda1337 Lol ok. So according to you anaerobic exercise increases your metabolism, but it does not burn fat? So where does it get its energy? If you are such a master physician that you can tell anyone you please to go back to school, go ahead and explain.

  • @plastic191919 Yes!!! I

  • @Garuda1337 What was that ! anyways I eat way less than I used to and only eat healthy stuff and I have lost 31 Kilo so far , my promblem now is im not losing anymore , I go to the gym and never lose less than 800c and still dont lose weight.

  • @flickring89 That's because you don't kill fat cells through exercise, you only make them smaller. The concept of "burning" fat is a myth. If you had a lot of fat before, which 31 kilos definitely is, you will still have a good amount of fat tissue around certain areas of your body. Remember, you never get rid of the fat cells you create through over-eating (cept thru liposuction). When you look at people with 6 pack abs, it's because they were genetically predisposed to have a low body fat%

  • @Garuda1337 You have no idea what you're talking about. People who have 6-packs BURN off the fat cells by cardio-vascular work outs as well as eating a well balanced, protein enriched diet. It has nothing to do with being "genetically predisposed" to having a low body fat.

  • does it make u lose weight ?

I seriously need to do something to lose weight simple stuff like squats i have been told ???

  • OK. So I got jumpers knee and I only have pain when I am relaxed, when I stretch my muscels

  • ben affleck ? :O

  • what a rip off

  • right ? XD

  • why dont all u knowledgeable know-hows post video instead of criticising others. Gets the job done i assure u

  • should not straighten the legs on extension!! tut tut ;D

  • Actually, the preferred terminology is "neutral spine," neither flexed nor extended. What you want to avoid is any undue pressure either to the ventral (rounded back) or dorsal (hyper extended back) aspect of the vertebrae.

  • you have no idea what a squat is, if you're gonna post vids at least be able to demonstrate and understand the principles invloved

  • @ltbs1969 You go ahead then, and post a better video....

  • keeping the back flexed means bending forwards. i think you meant extended.
