I just lost my entire GT5 profile I had been working on since the game launched about 4 days ago, but this game is so good that I can't stay mad at it. I desided to start over and I'm lvl 24 in three days. Can't wait for GT6 in 2015.
@tomcatobi richard burns rally does not have 1000 cars. GT5 is the best racing game this gen so far and its pretty obvious...hardcore sims have much better physics I agree but their no where as varied, or fun as GT5.

@ jnr1989 I won a race by 0.005 seconds in GT5. and there is one trophy that is "win by one-thousand of a second 0.01. and run three consecutive within 0.02 seconds of each lap.
@mattasauras31 nice, GT makes you all a bunch of precision drivers, that must be a hell of a simulator, you maybe has a good pair of i7 processor inside your head to calculate everything and do it in the exactly range of time without wasting a month trying... nice game mode, champ ;-)
It has a harder NASCAR series tha NASCAR 09 and once u get to the higher levels its gets so hard to do cause when speeds of over 200 mph /300kph and the second place car is tailing u at 0.02 seconds what do u say to that

GT is one of the few games that can truly make a remarkable opening movie. They take any song and make it fit so well with the scenes. Favorite Game, Moon over the castle with Panama, and even Planetary. Songs that are mostly uncared for, suddenly put into a video clip with amazing cars that make us all want to watch it over again.

GT5 didnt do it for me at all im a drifter in forza 3 n i think F3 had some good physics n great controls n camaras but i played gt5 for about half hour the level shit killed it for me the gas is X why didnt they use the bumper is hard fuck to feather or be good at throttle control with a button the camara for third person is fixed as an it never moves so it feels like an arcade game when u use it i dont knw they won on more things to do but for 6 years to just be that....not good enough
@rey1164 Uhh... So you've been using a controller to play racing sims and think the physics for one game is better than the other? Makes perfect sense. Try using a steering wheel next time. GT5 is far superior in that aspect. Oh, and you can map the buttons to whatever control you feel like. Don't like X as acceleration? Change it to R2 then.

@rey1164 Both games were designed very differently. Turn 10 designed Forza around the controller. You can't blame them, the 360 has really horrible support for racing wheels. PD designed GT5 around racing wheels. It supports a ton of models such as the Logitech G27 which I cannot find anywhere! Should have bought it before GT5 came out. Now the only places I can find it sell them for well over $300.
@rey1164 go to the settings. change the layout to the right stick or R2 for acceleration or get a wheel and play it for 5 hours at least before you judge. i felt let down after 30 mins but then i played it threough and its a hole lot better than any racing game out there, im still playing it non stop and thats something no COD has made me do since COD4

The only reason these SHITBOX 360 owners come on PS3 Exclusive Videos and diss Sony... is because they are pissed at Microsoft for having NO GAMES.... I sometimes often feel pity for them too =[... If I had a shitty console I would do the same thing! =D
The PS3 and 360 are very different...even in terms of shadows/shading, since the 360 uses Directx and the PS3 uses OpenGL, and the 360 using a 3 cored ATI based setup on 9gig DVD's as oppose the PS3 using a Single core 6 SPE/SPU Nvidia based RSX cell setup on 50gig Blu-rays, which gives the PS3 an upper hand in processing power and storage. You can't deny that the PS3 will get better graphics then the 360, but the PC will always reign supreme...argue about consoles? Look at exclusives LOL.
@StudiosXPS Lol I'm 18 bro...I understand the concept of computer programming and computer science, I can build a computer and tell you how every part works and how it can be optimized blind folded...I know alot about what makes the 360 and PS3 tick, and these fanboys who yell out sales numbers and "IT CANT HANDLE IT!" don't know the slightest about their system.
@luger74 the pc or computer can handle more & more everyday and its upgradeable but the ps3 & 360 aren't that's the thing even though they both make new consoles with upgraded things in it and charge up the _._._ for em but the ps3 usually have the best of the best the 360 is the hardware failing and failing over and over again exm. RROD or RDOD & yea exclusives .. more are on the ps3 and dam good ones but wut about exclusives on the pc... who cares because what can't you do on pc...
@AMatte18 - The new 360 models do not have the failure problem of the old original models, hence that problem has been fixed for years. Of course, old model 360s don't vanish the moment new models appear, so there are still gamers today having problems with the old models, or blaming an eventually failure on anything new that happens, such as a new game that pushes the console or more recently Kinect (which fanboys jump upon even though it's not an issue). Both 360 and PS3 are equally great imo.
@MTMind2 they might of gotten the 360 right this time but they pretty much made a whole new system and called it the 360 slim. ive seen so many problems with the first /2/3 versions that it completely through me off the 360 its self with rrod controllers disconnecting even 360 games not being able to play on the console & if you haven't heard that the kinect system can rrod your old 360 so M$ might of gotten it right but they still have messed up in the past example vista
@AMatte18 - They got it right before the 360 slim, where failures of the latest models were no worse than PS3, and 360 slim is the same. Regarding RROD and old 360s, that's classic internet mischief making based upon coincidence. Kinect plugs into a USB port, so there's NOTHING Kinect can do via USB that will cause a 360 to fail, and the current party Kinect games don't push the console's CPU & GPU anywhere near a game like Gears of War. And yes, Vista was a mistake :( but W7 makes up for it :)

This was a prerendered video wich used the effects and LoD settings that are only available in Photo Mode beside a much higher resolution and AA.

The PS3 and 360 are very different...even in terms of shadows/shading, since the 360 uses Directx and the PS3 uses OpenGL, and the 360 using a 3 cored ATI based setup on 9gig DVD's as oppose the PS3 using a Single core 6 SPE/SPU Nvidia based RSX cell setup on 50gig Blu-rays, which gives the PS3 an upper hand in processing power and storage. You can't deny that the PS3 will get better graphics then the 360, but the PC will always reign supreme...argue about consoles? Look at exclusives LOL.

@luger74 the pc or computer can handle more & more everyday and its upgradeable but the ps3 & 360 aren't that's the thing even though they both make new consoles with upgraded things in it and charge up the _._._ for em but the ps3 usually have the best of the best the 360 is the hardware failing and failing over and over again exm. RROD or RDOD & yea exclusives .. more are on the ps3 and dam good ones but wut about exclusives on the pc... who cares because what can't you do on pc...

@AMatte18 - The new 360 models do not have the failure problem of the old original models, hence that problem has been fixed for years. Of course, old model 360s don't vanish the moment new models appear, so there are still gamers today having problems with the old models, or blaming an eventually failure on anything new that happens, such as a new game that pushes the console or more recently Kinect (which fanboys jump upon even though it's not an issue). Both 360 and PS3 are equally great imo.

@MTMind2 they might of gotten the 360 right this time but they pretty much made a whole new system and called it the 360 slim. ive seen so many problems with the first /2/3 versions that it completely through me off the 360 its self with rrod controllers disconnecting even 360 games not being able to play on the console & if you haven't heard that the kinect system can rrod your old 360 so M$ might of gotten it right but they still have messed up in the past example vista

@AMatte18 - They got it right before the 360 slim, where failures of the latest models were no worse than PS3, and 360 slim is the same. Regarding RROD and old 360s, that's classic internet mischief making based upon coincidence. Kinect plugs into a USB port, so there's NOTHING Kinect can do via USB that will cause a 360 to fail, and the current party Kinect games don't push the console's CPU & GPU anywhere near a game like Gears of War. And yes, Vista was a mistake :( but W7 makes up for it :)
