  • This is so helpful and working solution very fast.

  • let me know if yall can't your window application not fond pls inbox me

  • Press ctrl+ alt+escape.go to procceses.there should be a 3 letter file. Mine was tpm.exe. I had 2 3 letter files and I didn't know which one to use. That's when u right click one of them. Go to file location. It should say when it was created. If that is the date when u got the virus then that's the one. Go back to task manager and right click on that file and click end process tree. Then click start on the bottom left hand corner. Then click control panel. System and security. Restore your com

  • @xtremesean99 No. Don't do that. Restoring is a bad idea and it leaves a lot of corruption on the PC. A Malwarebytes scan is a must.

  • Thanks so much I freaked out once it came up but thanks for the tut on how to remove it this is like the 3rd time but a different program

  • excuse me? why i cant see in the admin/local setting/application data/ and it show nothing exe here??? please help me

  • Thx a lot - worked for me. I have no Paypal account though...Would you recommend buying this test software?

  • Okay, I have gotten as far as 1:26. However, when I try to delete the executable file with the 3 letters, it says: "Error Deleting File or Folder; Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use." For example, the file is under "ehg Application", so is there a way to delete the file, even if it is still running? Or is this what the virus does in order to prevent deletion?

  • why did you unclick the first one in malware bytes

  • @xiaoturtlex3 It's not a virus, it's just that I was too lazy to activate Windows XP normally so I used this activator tool.

  • When i click Scan on malwarebytes it instantly shuts down... help?

  • I did, but it never asked me to restart. Should I rerun and delete any more infected files?

  • I did try that run as thing but must I keep doing that? Plus, I can access control panel, display.

  • @Zeldainhyrule Did you use Malwarebytes yet?

  • ive only had my computer about 3 days when this happend thank you so much

  • Quick question, does anyone know how to get rid of not being able to open programs? I can't seem to open display, [C:\WINDOWS\system32\sumdll32\ Not Found], and when I try to open a program, it asks me to choose a program to open it with.

    Any help please?

  • @Zeldainhyrule Did you try the Run as method showed in my video later on?

  • It couldn't start a task manager bc "win 7 2012 has blocked a program from accessing the internet"

  • @Mikeshadesofgray Wrong video, this is XP Antivirus 2012. Win 7 2012 is something completely different.

  • @Zeldainhyrule You're wrong, it's the same kind of rogue, only different name. Do a bit of research before trying to be smart next time.

  • @Mikeshadesofgray the way i got around that is i let the program pop up by going on windows explorer. I then go to the task manager and where it shows xp 2012 or whatever u right click that and go to process, then the u rightclick the highlighted one and press end process tree, hope it helps

  • I just want to thank you so much for helping me with this, it's quite ridiculous that they have to make these kinds of viruses, but your tutorial helped out so much and I am grateful that you helped us all out, thanks!

  • out of all the videos i watched to remove the virus this is the only one that worked and it was very very simple. great job and thank you!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi, the process worked, however, I still have difficulty opening programs. It always asks to choose from the list.

  • @banstaman Does anybody have a solution?

  • @banstaman Please explain your problem more briefly or I am not able to help you.

  • wat if i cant delete the application

  • i dont have the option taskbar ..just the start menu ...i have xp ...please help

  • HELP I have already downloaded some malwarebyte software and also Microsoft Security Essentials after having fought with this stupid virus for about 2-3 hours. After the first time I ran the quick scan, the virus was gone but then it came back. Now I think it's gone, but it keeps trying to get back in! Now I have this box on my screen that says "AppleSyncNotifier -Unable to Locate Component, Re-Install this application to fix the problem." How do I get it to leave me alone?

  • does the process in the very beginning, does the process have to have to be under user name admin/ administrator, or can it be system? i used a certain program from a website to remove it. im pretty sure it has but how can i make sure of that?

  • everything i open they ask which program to run it with, and also i cant seem to open any of my programs it keeps saying "not found"

  • how can i tell which one is the virus

  • I still have to click run as

  • Thanks it worked but now i cant run any programs without using the "run as"

  • i did this process but all of the programs afterward are still not opening up unless i use the "run as" method

  • I clicked end process tree but it keeps saying denied. I have two files that are three characters and one says SYSTEM while the other says LOCAL SERVICE. Is it the virus?

  • Comment removed

  • I still have to do the run as and uncheck the box even after virus removal. How can I fix this?

  • THANKS

  • ok i got rid of the virus but now i still can't open any programs.

  • Also i wanna ask ya, WHAT'S THAT SONG MATE?

I know a song like this from my childhood game called "Grouch" and every time i listen to this video's song, i remember back the days how we played with my dad. Will Be glad if you reply mate.

  • @12344reaper Well, all I can tell you, it's a song which I used for malware removal videos, and I forgot it's name. Sorry mate.

  • @hunhistory It sounds like Final Fantasy 8 Battle music !

  • @5purpledragon5 Or atleast background music, the battle music is a bit different

  • This guy, THIS GUY, saved me from a virus. It cancelled all my access to my computer, i couldn't even use the Task Manager. I could only open the Internet Explorer. And he has an AMAZING talent for computers and mixture for his videos with songs. Epic Song that saved my computer Dorude:Sandstorm

Thanks mate! And i wish yer Good luck with life

  • What is this song? This could be my virus killing song!

  • How can I do it if I have no Internet explorer I have firefox

  • @MGman4 Please go to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ and do the same with firefox.exe as I did with iexplore.exe in the video. Hope this helps. :)

  • I tried 14 of these tutorial videos. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKED! Thank you so much for your very informative video. My business was crippled by this scum bag sales tactic virus. These little buggers need to be hunted down and dragged behind a car by their teeth.

The only problem with the video is that, at the end, it says to SHOW RESULTS then REMOVE ALL. But you unclick one of the items on the list. I don't know if I should be doing the same or not. Otherwise, wow. Thank you.

  • @joebowen11 I unchecked a windows activator that is not part of this rogue at all, don't worry. :) I'm happy it worked out for you. Hope your business gets up and running again and could you please donate 1$ to my PayPal peter.pal@pobox.sk ? Thank you and have a nice day!

  • Thank you sooo much!! This videwas understandable!! BTW is there any chance that my files can get deleted/damaged so do I have to backup my files?

  • Awesome!! Thanks for posting and for including text that explained what you were doing!! This was the only video I could follow! :) Anything I need to go back and reset that I might have permenantly changed while I was following this tutorial?

  • @FergieMommy You're welcome. You don't need to reset anything now. But I am really in a need of money now, could you please donate 1$ to my PayPal peter.pal@pobox.sk ? Really appreciated! :)

  • Below worked for me. Start computer in safe mode, f8 upon start-up. Click on safe mode with networking, will take a while to boot up. Open browser and download malwarebytes. Once installed, run full scan in safe mode and it will remove this complete BS program.

  • wow should of watched this earlier, had this problem just now and ended up rebooting, will remember how to do this in case i get this again in the future. Thanks
