actually, it's at the artists discretion and the label's discretion.

the panic at the disco record, the 1st one, says fuck an amazing number of time and theres no sticker.

most bands generally put it on, but you dont legally have to.

i, personbally, think the sticker is stupid. you dont need a sticker to tell you if an album will be obscene, you should know if your going to buy it. and obscene is so relative; the f word dosnt offend me in the slightest.

Really now? Will need to look into that thanks for the input. As far as parental warning, I think it's the decision of the record label, not the artist. Jack's Mannequin is signed on by, I believe, Maverick Records, who more than likely insisted it be put on there so parents who are buying the CD know that there may be some words that MAY offend someone. On the other hand, panic is signed on by fueled by ramen, who probably feel it's up to the discretion of the listener to decide what's obscene
