actually.. the reason the LED stayed lit for several seconds on the DS charger is because there is a filter capacitor inside of the charge.. It's holding a charge after its unplugged. :)

Okay u need to taper off the wires that lead from the test points to the LED with tape to prevent a power surge

Remebe when you solder it to tie all currents runing to and from the LED taper them off with tap to prevent a power surge happened to me and i wuz like Wtf mate?

Nah dont use christmas lights imve tried you need a percise voltage to power a christmas light LED all you need is an LED scraped from another source such as i scraped green ones from a old keyboard for the NUM lock

Its one of those small plus screw driver but i recommend buying a triwing from eBay it fits better and removes the risk of Stripping the screw
