@ laggot : That is only the shaking of the mouse, you can see there`s no more then 2 strafe`s max 3 per jumps. In other jumps, there are 0 strafes. Look 4-5 times to the video, and you will notice that.

Stand-Up Bhop is easy to go, just press and release duck when u'r gonna jump.

the strafes are real, as i said, go to xj and download kelta's wr and u will see it =]

the fps was 99.9 or less and developer was 0, its legal settings.
